Whitepaper Issue #2: Comparing cultures; the role of PR and customer centricity

What differences are there between corporates and startups when it comes to planning and executing a launch? What’s the role of PR in a launch plan and how do you ensure customer centricity throughout the launch process? These were the questions that our panel was focused on during our second council meeting of 2018.
Guest speakers from the world of fintech: Maria Loyez and Camilla Cooke shared the launch stories of Society One and Xinja respectively. Their comments provided the backdrop for a discussion that drew viewpoints from senior marketers from Facebook, Menulog, Outdooria, Guzman y Gomez and a seasoned angel investor who all joined us for dinner at 12 Micron in Sydney.
